正念:入門
三月,Sharanya Udipi 將帶領為期一天的禪修營,地點在美國菩提中心 (American Bodhi Center)。請注意,本次禪修營不提供午餐,建議參與者自備食物。中心內備有冰箱和微波爐。由於美國菩提中心為素食中心,請勿攜帶任何肉類。
靜修營時間為上午 9:00 至下午 4:30。
