三月,Sharanya Udipi 將帶領為期一天的禪修營,地點在美國菩提中心 (American Bodhi Center)。請注意,本次禪修營不提供午餐,建議參與者自備食物。中心內備有冰箱和微波爐。由於美國菩提中心為素食中心,請勿攜帶任何肉類。

靜修營時間為上午 9:00 至下午 4:30。

10:00-10:30 AM Grounding meditation
10:30-11:15 AM Walking meditation
11:15-11:30 AM 休息
11:30-12:15 PM Samatha or breath meditation
12:15-1:30 PM 午餐(請自備)
1:30-2:15 PM Body scan meditation (bring a throw or yoga mat if you need)
2:15-2:30 PM 休息
2:30-3:00 PM Eating meditation (Bring raisins if you can)
3:00-3:45 PM Vipassana Meditation
